February 2, 2025 Update
Ukrainians residing in the United States who participated in the Uniting for Ukraine program are considered humanitarian parolees. Due to the risk of deportation for humanitarian parolees, we strongly urge parolees to act now to seek a status that allows them to remain in the United States. Valid statuses currently include:
- Temporary Protected Status (TPS) *
- Asylum *
- Green Card through a Family-Based Immigrant Visa *
- Green Card for Employment-Based Immigrants (EB Green card) *
- H-1B or Other Dual Intent Non-immigrant Work Visas *
* Please note: You may or may not qualify for this status. Please Contact Us if you have any questions about your eligibility. Our team includes licensed U.S. immigration lawyers. Legal services are available in Ukrainian and Russian.
